Studio Konkret is an animation production company based in Stockholm, dedicated to creating animated films that engage, inspire and communicate. As an animation studio in Sweden, we help companies and organizations bring their stories to life through 2D animation, 3D animation, motion graphics and visual effects.
Background & Team
Studio Konkret was established in 2020 by Linus, Andreas and Olle, who at the time worked at the production company Lillasyster Produktion. Since then, we have grown into a team of six full-time animators, illustrators, producers, art directors and VFX artists – all under one roof.
Our studio is located on Kocksgatan 50 in Stockholm, but we work with clients across Sweden, Europe and the US. Over the years, our work has been recognized with nominations and awards at events such as the Roy Gala in Stockholm, the Vega Awards in New York and the NYX Video Awards in Los Angeles.

The Process - Animated Commercial
Meeting and workshop:
We always start by meeting our clients to get to know their organization, their goals and vision for the project. We hold a workshop or a longer meeting where we discuss ideas, target audience and style for the animated film.
Fixed price
After the meeting, we create a detailed quotation at a fixed price that clearly outlines what the project will entail and the costs associated with it.
Planning and scriptwriting:
Some customers already have a ready-made script while others have only a vague idea. No matter what, we will be happy to help you. Throughout the script process, we work closely with the client to design a script that clearly communicates their message in an engaging way. We also plan the production phase, including detailed a timetable.
Animatic:
Before moving on to the animation itself, we create an animatic, a simple version of the film with stills or simpler animations accompanied by either music or a temporary Voice-Over.
Animation and Completion:
Now it's time to get started with the actual animation! Our team of skilled animators and illustrators work meticulously to bring your vision to life in an iterative process where we continuously update you.
Sound Laying:
We add audio, voice-over and music to amplify the film's message and create a cohesive and professional experience for the viewer.
Delivery:
Finally, we deliver the finished film to the customer in the desired file format and resolution. We ensure that you are satisfied with the product and save project files for at least a year (longer if necessary) so that we can quickly update according to your wishes.
